Ram Singh Kumavat is a self-taught craftsman from Jaipur well known for his tarkashi boxes with brass inlay work. He lives with his wife, son and daughter who assist him in his craft. He does the tarkashi work on Sishamwood doors, boxes, frames, tables and many other items. He has developed new innovative designs and hopes to train new artisans as well.
