25 - 29 November - In Calcutta, with the help of TISCO, an exhibition of crafts was held, where almost forty two crafts people participated.

1 - 15 August - Participation of Craftsmen at the Exhibition organised by Yusuf Mehta and Cinema Vision - 21 craftsmen gave demonstration of their work and sold their wares at Shopper’s Stop at Bombay, Hyderabad and Bangalore.
